About seven years ago, when my elder son was just two and a half I wrote a short story about him that I hoped one day might just be published. It was a bit of a labour of love at the time. I enjoyed the process and I enjoyed capturing our everyday lives in illustrations because I knew as he got older both of us would have this great memory to look back on and treasure.
I never did get it finished however, I started fulltime study on top of my job so it ended up on the back burner. This year I have finally both the time and inclination to finish it as I am pretty close now.
